The waiting area was comfortable, with plenty of magazines to browse through while I waited. I also noticed that they had complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. While I was there, I saw several other customers come in, and everyone was treated with the same level of respect and care. When it was time to pick up my car, I was pleased to see that they had not only completed the necessary repairs but had also washed my car! It felt like a bonus on top of the great service. The pricing was fair, especially considering the quality of the work. If I had to offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be about the wait time. While my car was ready sooner than expected, there were a few other customers who seemed to wait longer than anticipated.
